Teacher Fashion Thursday V1

So with all of your positive responses to last month’s Teacher Outfit post {click here}, I decided to start a new series on the blog: Teacher Fashion Tuesday / Teacher Fashion Thursday! I will share 1 or 2 posts a month about cute outfits that are perfect for teaching.

Last month’s inspiration was fall / autumn. I showed a few pins from Pinterest of outfits I loved and explained how I would wear them. This time I want to focus on everyday outfits that are perfect for running your classroom, so let’s get started… 🙂

This outfit screams perfection to me. It’s classic and modern, yet professional enough to wear to work. Pair with dark denim on a Jean’s Day and you’re set!

What originally attracted me to this outfit were the gorgeous colors and how well they just work together. The skirt is fitted, but not too tight … which is ideal for a teaching pencil skirt! Tucking in the blouse & cinching the waist with a belt, finished off with the purple cardigan… genius. Just brilliant.

This outfit is super cute. I’m usually not one for red, but I think I’ve reconsidered and may just have to try this one out. It’s super functional for teaching, yet great for running errands after work. I just love it.

This jacket though… essence of perfection! I’m not sure if I could ever pull it off, but this outfit is to die for. No leggings for me, but a nice pair of black pants and a cute black or grey flat would teacher-ize this outfit!

Last but not least, pairing stripes with a print. I never would have thought to pair the two together, honestly. I have a striped shirt and a similar scarf in my closet already, so this outfit will definitely be in this week’s outfit rotation.

Have any of these outfits sparked your inner fashionista?
